Ordering

By placing an order on our online pharmacy website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase the ordered products in your country. All information provided during the ordering process must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion or if any fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Shipping Policy

We provide fast, reliable, and discreet delivery service to any country specified by our customers. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed during weekends will be processed the following Monday. You will be notified automatically via email when your order is approved and shipped. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before dispatch.

EMS Delivery (Express with Online Tracking)

For expedited service, we offer EMS delivery. EMS packages are shipped with online tracking and typically arrive within 5-9 days from the date of dispatch. The maximum delivery timeframe (“dead line”) for this method is 14 days. A tracking code will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Standard (Registered AirMail Delivery)

Standard delivery usually takes 14-21 days from the date of dispatch. The maximum delivery timeframe (“dead line”) for this method is 30 days. Packages sent by this method are delivered discreetly and placed in your mailbox. Please note that tracking is NOT available for standard AirMail shipments.

Large orders (more than 120 pills) will be shipped in two separate shipments and may arrive on different days. Please note, generic and brand-name medications are shipped separately and will not arrive on the same day.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us using our Feedback Support Service, Live Chat, or Phone. One of our representatives will assist you with your request.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. If you receive the wrong product, damaged goods, or if your order does not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt. Eligible cases may be reviewed for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Liability
